Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some popular questions I have been asked regarding shipping, sizes, colors, materials, etc.  Please email me if you don't see your question on this list so I may help you!

Can you resize jewelry before shipping it?

Absolutely!  Please let me know what wrist size, earring length or necklace length you would prefer.  If I have any questions I'll be sure to contact you for clarification before I ship.

Can I get your items in a different color or different metal?

In most cases the answer will be yes.  There are some ring sizes that lave limited color options and there are some metals that have limited ring sizes.  Also, certain weaves will only work in specific ring sizes.  In most cases I will either be able to accommodate you or make some suggestions based on your request.

Do you provide gift packaging?

If you let me know ahead of time that it is a gift I will be happy to place the item in a drawstring organza bag.

When is the last day to order before Christmas?

I will take orders up until December 10 for items that need to be shipped out and up to December 15 for items that can be delivered locally.

When is the last day for regular shipping?

The last day for regular USPS shipping would be December 12. After that time there will be an additional charge for expedited shipping.

Do you provide shipping insurance?

Shipping insurance may be arranged for an additional fee (whatever the USPS charges).  Please request when you place your order and I will give you the price.

How long will it take to make a custom piece of jewelry?

Times will range from 3 days to 2 weeks or more and depend on if I have the needed materials on-hand as well as the intricacies of the pattern being requested.  It is always best to order a custom piece as far in advance as possible to allow for enough time. Certain materials/colors are only available through limited suppliers and it may take up to 2 weeks for delivery if the supplies are available. Titanium and Niobium tend to have a lead time of at least 2 weeks unless I already have it on hand.

What is your guarantee on your jewelry?

I will guarantee the jewelry for six months for workmanship flaws and I will be happy to repair anything that breaks during the first year of ownership at no charge.
